Pre-storm, we will protect your home by:
- Bringing furniture inside and any/all objects that may become airborne
- Closing accordion shutters or coordinating with shutter company to have shutters hung
- Turn all water off and release pressure from pipes
- Take "before" photos showing shutters closed/hurricane screens down/shutters hung with date & time stamp for insurance purposes, along with area photos to document current status of home and grounds.

Post-storm, we will provide the following:
- Check inside & outside for property damage (we have moisture meters in case of water damage)
- Take "after" photos showing shutters closed/hurricane screens down/shutters hung with date & time stamp for insurance purposes, along with area photos to document current status of home and grounds
- Coordinate with your insurance company, contractors, or property adjusters to assess your property if there is damage
- Open accordion shutters/lift hurricane screens or coordinate to have hurricane shutters removed as required.
