• Check the water heater for leaks
• Thermostat/AC- Make sure the thermostat is in the AUTO position and set at a proper temperature to ensure your humidity levels are within 45-55% to prevent a humidity bloom: Humidity readings are checked throughout the home with a hygrometer.
• Visual inspection of your lawn, landscaping and swimming pool
• Ensure pool pumps/sprinklers are working correctly
