Getting your home ready for extended periods you're away is what we do best!  Whether it's short-term or long-term Home Watch Services, we create a comprehensive & personalized checklist to keep your home safe & prepared for your return! 

• Visual inspection of the exterior of your home
• Check that all your windows, sliders & exterior doors are secured
• Flush all toilets, run all faucets, run water through disposal, dishwasher & washer
• Water plants
• Pick-up mail 
• Remove any flyers, newspapers or mail
• Pickup your mail from the designated mailbox
• Check the hot water heater for leaks
• Thermostat/ AC check & humidity level check Ensure the thermostat is in the AUTO position and set at a proper temperature to ensure your humidity levels are within 45-55% to prevent a humidity bloom: Humidity readings are checked throughout the home with a hygrometer.)
• Visual inspection of your lawn, landscaping and swimming pool
• Visual inspection of ceilings, walls, baseboards for leaks & stains with high powered bright white flashlight
• Visual check for pests
• Put out your garbage....... and more! 

A time & date stamped report showing the results of each home check is emailed directly to you along with photos as needed.  If any issues are found, you are contacted immediately.
