Concierge Services such as restocking of pre-determined perishable food items (additional charge for these items), setting thermostat/AC to the temperature of your choice, lighting pilot light (when applicable) inside & outside visual inspection, bringing mail inside.

This package includes the monthly fee for the Seasonal Resident Home Watch package and includes Home Maintenance Management & Coordination: A/C, Pool, Lawn, Housekeeping, Pest Control, etc.
