Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inspection of your home, apartment, condo or vacation rental. With a pre-determined & customized checklist, WHC will report any issues to the property owner immediately. Home Watch Services Sarasota, Longboat Key, St. Armands, Siesta, Bradenton & Venice.  

Pricing for up to 2,000 sq ft.  

Light housekeeping & home refreshing including: linens, restocking of pre-determined perishable food items (additional charge for these items), setting thermostat/AC to the temperature of your choice, inside & outside visual inspection, bringing mail inside.

One-time fee up to 2,000 sq ft. 

This package includes the monthly fee for the Seasonal Resident Home Watch package, as well as the one-time fee charged upon your arrival (per each arrival), which includes the Welcome Home Package for your comfort & convenience.

5 hours of personal assistant services including: running errands, waiting at your home for repairs & deliveries, grocery shopping, pharmacy & dry cleaning pick-ups, post office mailing & notary services.  

Save $20 by using this monthly plan! Overtime will be billed in 15 min increments at $12.50. 

10 hours of personal assistant services including items listed in the basic plan.  

Save $50 by using this monthly plan!  Overtime will be billed in 15 min increments at $12.50.

15 hours of personal assistant services including items listed in the basic plan.  

Save $80 by using this monthly plan!  Overtime will be billed in 15 min increments at $12.50.
